Adele Myers is a former public relations and advertising executive with 30+ years of experience working with world-class companies and brands including P&G, American Express, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Hilton, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Scholastic and Gillette.

Over the course of her career in New York City, Adele has held senior account, creative and strategy positions at leading agencies within Omnicom Group, Dentsu and Publicis Groupe. She has led award-winning campaigns for clients in the consumer, healthcare and B2B sectors, with specific expertise in strategy, positioning, branding and multi-channel marketing in complex stakeholder environments.

Adele is an author whose 2022 novel, The Tobacco Wives, was named an Indie Next and Barnes & Noble Discover pick. A native of North Carolina, Adele drew upon her own family history and 30-year career in advertising to craft the debut novel that reimagines, from a feminist angle, one of the largest corporate frauds of the 20th Century.

Adele entered academia in 2023 as an adjunct professor at Drexel University’s MFA in creative writing program. She is currently at work on her second novel with publisher HarperCollins William Morrow imprint and splits her time between her home in Brooklyn, New York, and Chapel Hill.
